If purchasing an iPhone from an Apple retail store, is the main account holder must be present (USA Purchases)?
When we try to upgrade to New LG phone store AT & T earlier this month, we were informed we could not as the account holder "principal" is need to be present to make any changes to the account. I was thinking of buying a white iPhone 3G and wondered if the primary account holder (we have a family plan) should be there to make the transaction? The purchase of the device requires to sign a new 2 year contract, which is the change from AA to our current contract.
